baeej is a safe and reliable online gaming platform built with Bangladeshi players in mind. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and baeej. 1 General Provisions

2 Account Registration

Each person may register only one account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts and their balances may be cancelled.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be truthful. baeej reserves the right to cancel any account registered with false information.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. Please notify our support team immediately if you become aware of any security breach or suspicious activity on your account.

3 Age Verification

All baeej services are available only to those aged 21 or over. We are firmly committed to protecting minors from gaming.

• At registration you must declare that you are at least 21 years old.
• baeej may request valid identification for age verification at any time.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed until age verification is complete.
• If it is proven that an account holder is under 21, the account will be closed and all transactions will be cancelled.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

baeej handles all financial transactions exclusively through Bangladeshi mobile banking methods. The currently supported methods are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket (Rocket is the mobile wallet of Dutch-Bangla Bank).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (the same for each method).
• Deposits must be made from a mobile number registered in the account holder's own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed after the account has been verified.
• The withdrawal amount must be proportionate to the deposit amount.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if suspicious activity is detected.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

baeej offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The following conditions apply to the use of these offers:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus of up to ৳15,000 is provided on the first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳32,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus. The wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = you must wager ৳25,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer can be used only once, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — not until the wagering requirement has been met.
• If bonus claims are attempted from multiple accounts, all accounts and bonuses will be cancelled.
• baeej reserves the right to change or withdraw the terms of any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting Rules

All bets on baeej are managed in a fair and transparent manner. The following rules apply to all games and bets:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Unconfirmed bets may be cancelled due to technical errors or system failures.
• If baeej determines that any bet involved unusual or suspicious behaviour, it reserves the right to review that bet.
• For sports bets, if a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be returned, unless otherwise specified.
• Results displayed in live games will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If detected, the account may be closed and all balances forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts or having a third party operate an account on your behalf.
• Claiming bonuses or rewards through fraudulent means.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to manage games or bets.
• Misusing another player's account information or attempting to hack accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Deliberately exploiting any bug or technical fault in the platform.
• Misconduct or making threats toward other users.

8 Account Suspension or Closure

baeej reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected evidence of fraud or deception.
• Death or legal incapacity of the account holder.
• Instructions from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. In the case of voluntary closure, any remaining valid balance will be returned, but bonus balances will be cancelled.

Our maximum liability will never exceed the total amount you have deposited in the past 30 days.
